Shipping & Returns


We’re a marketplace for independent novelty brands. When you shop with us online, it’s one checkout process, no matter how many brands you buy from.

All orders are shipped directly by Party Stars.


Your order will be despatched within 48 hours and sent via RoyalMail.

Weekend Delivery

Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday as Party Stars do not offer weekend delivery.

Addressing Your Package

We use plain labels in a clear font to ensure that the courier can clearly read your address printed on the label.

All orders are shipped to the address on the order form provided by the customer. Please ensure this is correctly entered as we will not be liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrectly entered address details.


To be eligible for a return on any item, the packaging must not be damaged and the item remains unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please repackage it securely and include your reasons for return.

All returns must include a copy of your invoice/receipt.

If your item is faulty, please contact us via email.

Once your package has been received by us, we will review and process for a refund if eligible.
